good points i do feel it depends a lot on round taken plus position of player which depends on how long they have to prove themselves and sometimes if they are even a bust atall,e.g if DLew had been a 3rd round or later pick he wouldnt have been branded a bust!
another flipside of the coin is that tim couch,ryan leaf and akili smith were taken at the top of round one whilst brady,bulger and hassleback were taken in round 6 the draft is indeed a lottery to a large extent not just now but it seems like its always been like that when you read that deacon jones was taken in round 12-surely the biggest steal in nfl history!

im getting bust feelings about a few of this years draftees in particular jimmy williams& james allen as we get closer to the draft leonard pope is giving me the jitters also!:smoke:
