according to general value chart:
rams #11 + #77= 1250+205= 1455
bills #8= 1500
if hawk, davis or huff is there at #8 and if the bills are desperate enough, or no other team offers anything better, then possibly...
i've also read on a site that the bills were tight with the salary cap and would like nothing more than to trade down to save some dinero...
