Back in 63 Meade took over. Lee correctly assumed that Meade would be overly cautious because he knew his personality and because of his Army's dire situation. Therefore Lee moved boldly.

What I've learned about Linehan's personality and what I've seen of his moves tells me that Linehan is smart. But I also think he is going to be too cautious...
