The Book of SpiralHorns, Chapter 8: Destiny of Revenge

In their time of rest, the Legion of SpiralHorns told their tales. Of the clergy's daily repast, of the madness of a Paladin warrior, and of the code by which the Legion lives.

And questions were asked. With the battle now calmed, the bold question arose: "if indeed this is a Golden Age of SpiralHorns, why must their be an Avenger?"

AvengerRam spoke and told this tale:

"True, this is an age of gold, but the path is not always paved as such. For on our road to glory, many challenges lie. And in a time not long past, the Legions did fall against the stealth attacks of the warlords of Felis Concolor, the wildcats of the East. And to ensure that this remains an age of gold, revenge must be wrought. And to lead the Legions in this task, and Avenger was needed, and thus was born."

Heeding these words, and fulfilling their destiny foretold by AvengerRam, the Legions went forth and crushed their foe, ensuring that this part of their path remained untarnished and golden.

And so its shall be.
