And so the Legion went forth into battle against the Crimson Miners - the young Captain leading the SpiralHorns' charge. And the day of battle was long and hard fought. The Miners gained the upper hand at first, but the Legion battled back. The Miners made a desparte failing effort to win the day, but in the end the Homeland was defended, and the Legion celebrated a much needed triumph.
But the rejoicing was cut short by the sound of laughter, as a stranger wandered into the midst of the of the SpiralHorn camp.
"You mistakenly believe the SpiralHorns have gained a measure of supremacy in the lands of the West." The stranger announced, "But a new threat awaits you by the Northwest Sea, where the Raptors defy the Legion with boasts of their destruction of the armies of the Southern Paladins and the Red Warriors of the Desert."
"No," the stranger added, "you do not rule the West... not yet."
The stranger disappeared into the fog as quickly as he had arrived.
No words needed to be spoken to reach agreement on the task now at hand. The Legion marched West.
