No one does it all the time.... as a matter of fact it's usually a rb or wr that does it. This was the perfect time during the Pats game for the QB Brady to show that uncontrollable emotion.
In general I have seen many people question his leadership just because he's quiet and not emotional. Those aren't valid reasons to question his leadership.

It may or may not fire up the team, but to continue to ask for it, or question his leadership based on what people perceive him as on TV or at the game is just not valid. When his teammates come out and say something, or his coaches or even ex-Rams say something then maybe I will entertain the thought, but again seeing him want to get back into the game 1 play after getting killed speaks louder than any QB yelling and jumping around (like Brady as you used in your example).
