Re: Fantasy Football and the Rams – The 2006 Season

End of the year update. I ran 3 FF teams this year.

I must tell you that the homer team has done very well this season. Renee's Rebels are headed to the big game with Bulger, Fast Willie, Westbrook, Steve Smith, Bruce, Wilkins and the Rams Defense. Bulger is my FF leader with 237 points.

We are going up against a team that has LT, Larry Johnson, Marvin Harrison, Philip Rivers, and the Patriots D.

My record is only 9-6. I have 1291 points. He has a record of 14-1 and 1659 points. Can you tell he managed to get some trades done that should have never happened? Do I have a chance to win this game? Probably not.

My second team, The Super Stars are headed into the playoffs, as well, with a 10-4-1 record and 1278 points. The Stars have won 7 in a row. They are sitting pretty.

The Hammerheads flopped this year. I can't explain it. They were plain horrible. Is it curse, or just bad luck?

As far as the Rams go, Bulger, S Jackson, Holt, Wilkins were all good fantasy pickups. Bruce was a valid backup, and Curtis had some moments, but he did not perform as well as I thought he would.
