To trade up from 13 to 8 would cost a more than a third round pick. While the Rams only received a third round pick from Denver last year when they swapped the #11 and #15 picks, that was only a move of four spots and, more importantly, didn't involve a move into the top 10 spots.

I think it would cost a second round pick to make that move, and that would be too much. Better to get two players and hope that the second rounder is the next DeMeco Ryans or Lofa Tatupu.
