He was asked about the situation, and in his response said, "You know I always shake back from my mistakes." I think by saying that, it means he's putting the incident into the mistake category.
Let's remember, the question was whether or not he was facing any disciplinary action, not whether or not he was sorry for it or whether or not he feels he did something wrong.
