The "legal expert" whom I heard on ESPN radio on the way home from work said that the presiding judge tends to be a hardliner and opts for stricter sentencing in most cases...

I think Vick needs to be rubbed down with raw hamburger and put in a ring with his dogs and forced to defend himself
