[Dr. Defense]

The stat that really stands out to me is #1. He only has 8 penalties this year. It says that he has 43 from 2004-2007. So if we subtract the 8 from this year we are down to 35 from 2004-2006. Divide 35 penalties by two years and we end up with an average of 17.5 penalties a year. Compare that to this year, where he only has 8 through 9 games. That is a huge improvement in my eyes. Could he do more to cut down on his false starts? Most definately. But we also need to give him some credit for being able to work at cutting down his penalties. Ontop of that he's been playing on a injury ravaged O-line, and he still manages to cut down his numbers. In my eyes he has made leaps and bounds so far, and can hopefully continue with his progress.
