Here we go again. We do not need a 'big time' corner. That is because every 'big time' corner is only as good as the pass rush in front of him. The reason Samuel is so good is because Vince Wilfork and Richard Seymour are two of the most dominant defensive linemen in the NFL, and those Linebackers, especially Rosevelt Colvin, are more than adept as pass rushers.

I love the depth we already have at corner. I'd be more inclined to think that any investment we mad into that position would have to be a day 2 draft pick, or none at all.

I'd say if you were going to blow the bank, blow it, as you say, on Alan Faneca, Justin Smith or Jared Allen.

Chavous' role will be diminished this offseason, and signing Atogwe will be a priority.
