Price was not an issue with me, nor was I worried that Clannies wouldn't come through with sharing the cost. After I bid $200.00, I emailed the guy who was selling the item. He promised to post pictures of the certificate and give me the names of the people who "authorized the extension of the prize period", but never did. I didn't trust this. I asked about his friend who works for the dome and supposedly authorized the extension, but he didn't know what his job or title was, and he indicated some "assistant manager at the restaurant" would still cater the event. Plus, he said that there were "limited dates" available to do this, and couldn't tell me whether we could do this the weekend we have our BASH. My spider senses told me to not bid further. Time here in California in relation to bid deadline and my hours of work prevented me from getting your PM's or disclosing my fears before now. Nevertheless, alls well that ends well hopefully. Dez took over the reins and got the prize. I hope my suspicions are wrong and everything works out with this. Dez....let me know what you need monetarily and otherwise.
