Age is not as big of an issue as it once was I believe.
Yeah, you still want that 22 year old QB who is playing great and can be the leader of your team for 10+ years,
but you can still get a 30+ QB and have him play very well, perhaps for an extended period of time (Kurt Warner and Brett Favre this year, for example).
It's not the age of the player, it's if the player can still play.
