My first thought in reading this was it was Linehan who decided to bring them back to St. Louis. But after further review it was Martz and the front office who killed it before. It was money, no new contract with the Macombe people and the fact the team was going to spend a week in San Diego that year for a pre-season game.
Anyway, hopefully it will put a better focus on winning more games. I don't think it will hurt...
