I understand what you are saying, but using Leonard Davis as an example is a poor choice. You see, Davis is actually a true guard who attempted to play tackle, whereas Barron is a true tackle who is not a guard. Davis was misused in Arizona (surprise!) and is now where he should have been along. The same failure awaits the Rams should they attempt to move Barron inside.
