You don't need it this year, but you need it the year after that.
In other words, Dorsey is more of a "multi-year rebuild" pick. Which, if done properly, isn't a bad thing mind you. I'd rather the team be bad this year and be really good for 3 or 4 years after that, as opposed to being sort of good this year, and being bad the year after that.
