Camaraderie never hurts in football, the ultimate of team sports. 
As far as what might be unequal compensation the players have to realize there is only a limited amount of funds available and the "new" players seemingly always get an unfair percentage of it, but this is not a new development and won't be cured in the near future. |
Not talking about his performance on the field, obviously I'd love for him and every other Ram to perform exceptionally well on the football field. My comments were meant to apply only to his attitude off the field and in the locker room.
