While I agree that Martz and Faulk would help any QB, I'm not sure that Bulger has been lost without them. Bulger posted a 100+ rating in 34.1% of his games under Martz and 35.5% of his games without Martz.
Having said that, the "Faulk" factor might play a little. With Faulk, Bulger posted a 100+ rating in 37.9% of his games. Without Faulk.....only 32.6%.
