Take for example the attitude driven personalties that are Eli Manning, Brad Johnson, & Trent Dilfer. Those Super Bowl winners led their teams to the promised land with presence. Oh yea, and elite defenses to go with them, but yea, it was their aura that hoisted the trophy. (That was all pure sarcasm for those who don't get it.) And that brings the totals to.......armchair QBs complaining about Bulger's leadership = 2. Rams complaining about Bulger's leadership = 0.
Roy G. Biv, i don't refuse to look at stats. I think the biggest STAT we should understand is 3-13. Mean anything to you? Good. You're with me so far. Now think about this number. 16.4 points per game. Ranking us 28th out of 32 teams in the N.F.L. So "don't look now" but the stats that favor Bulger and game play ARE NOT one and the same.
As far as the "American Idol" reference, we are all sideline judges. Yourself included.
As far as the aura thing, well take it as you like. Maybe, i could have worded it better but i stand behind it's premise. When Warner was at his peak with us i could sense that he was in command and knew that he was a leader. He, at that time, was a true FIELD GENERAL. With Bulger ,even when the 'O' line was passable, i never saw that "thing" in him.
The armchair Q.B. thing. "Rams complaining about Bulger's leadership=0" Outside of Jackson, why would any Ram player complain to any one outside of the organization?

RAM ON!
