Salary Cap Request
It seems that most of our speculation on what the Rams need to do in the offseason wind up getting wrapped into the salary cap in some way. Yet, I would venture a guess that most of us know very little about the workings of the salary cap. Does anybody have a source for good information on the workings of the salary cap? Is there some NFL corporate website out there that explains the details of the salary cap?
Please, I'm begging here. Who has some good salary cap sources?
