Hey, they don't call him Mad Mike for nothing. I'm quite sure he was part of the problem with regard to the "Office Incident". But even if they held hands and took long walks in the park together, Turley was a non-contributor to the team and failed his physical. Whether you like Martz or not, Turley's absence is a direct result of his injury and lack of recovery, not Mike's whimsy. The two are separate. This is not to say that I don't agree with your take on Mike's flightiness, I just don't see that it was the reason for Turley's departure and I don't think Mike deserves any of the blame for it, either.
