I was at the falcons game saturday night, sitting in row 1 on the 50 again behind the visitors bench. Wearing my faulk jersey of course, my daughter was wearing he old style isaac bruce jersey.

Same group of guys that were abusing me as i left the dome after the playoff game debacle and i had a nice chat about the upcoming season.

Anyway, i saw tommy polley on the sideline in a ravens uniform. He was only about 15 feet from me. I yelled out his name, got his attention, stood up, pointed to my Rams jersey and yelled "Thanks for the memories tommy, good luck."

He got it right away and gave me a thank you and a double thumbs up.

I am sure he was a bit surprised to have a rams fan welcome him in atlanta, but notwithstanding his shortcomings, he gave his all for the squad, wore the horns well and gave us some very big plays over the years, including that great playoff game vs. green bay in 2001.
