anyone who wants williams as our head coach should be cheering for the redskins to miss the playoffs. i dont know if shaw will wait around for the skins to be eliminated before he hires someone. i think the art shell rumours are about getting the minority interviews out of the way so shaw is ready to pounce immediately.
