I see you're smiling! He was fired when Tice was thought to be headed for a head coaching job. With all the Head Coaching jobs floating around, it was thought Tice would get one, or at least an OFFENSIVE COORD position.
If fact, the JAX papers stated their OL coach was fired without the JAGS having a plan to replace him.
