I've always thought this. He needs to just start drawing up his plays and keep his mouth shut and he will be fine! MM thinks he's invincible! He will have a good core of players in Detroit to work with unlike other coaches that come in and really have to start building a TEAM again! He had better count his lucky stars to inherit such a strong offense IMPO!
