Not sure what to say. We have like 20 people in there. Have you tried using the drop down box at the top right corner to access it in a new window or in-screen?

You'll have to have the latest Java stuff installed, so check that as well.

Actually, we just got Vista the other day...i'm concluding we must have the latest Java.

Probably the latest Java EE, I dunno. Dez just said something about how the chat won't work if your JAVA stuff isn't updated so I'm passing that along. If you both have Vista though, I wouldn't be shocked if it's an OS security thing.
