    Just a Simple (prob dumb to you all) questions

    1. This seems basic, but how does my rep power actually go up? do i need people to like quote me? do i have to respond in a certain amount of forums?
    I see some people and they have like 20-30 and me with zero, haha

    So please help me out! Thanks!
