Reputation is built by establishing and cultivating a connection within the minds of others through "communication". Don't get me wrong, for me its not about the number of times you post but the quality of the post. I don't know how others do it though. However, an average of 3 posts per year doesn't really put you in a good spot to succeed in cultivating that rep, does it rook? (Ramblin Ram joined same month as you and he's posted over 719 times with 12 rep. that's about 1 rep point for 60 posts) Again, your at 12.
