why should it be just moderators that get to say if a post is good or not ??

I understand. Though, I wasn't referring specifically to the posts, but to the posters themselves.

None the less, I understand the hesitation. The program would be difficult to implement so that seniority took precedence.

True, Dez. And believe me, I for one appreciate the freedom you provide for one to participate in the rating.
Thing is, as you pointed out, practically no one uses it. That's what I meant by saying it would probably be up to the moderator, the task --privilege, that is-- to rate the thread /posting.
Meanwhile, Rams are 5 stars!

There is a Hack I can do to the forum to allow people to see the stats .... like top ten posters to star ratings. But its not worth. I think this is working OK.

What about an archive section for some of the great threads?

I am a big fan of some of the smack that has gone back and forth. I would vote right now for the "Who is tougher?" thread between Rudy and Hardcoresaint.

That "Who's your crawdaddy" line had me laughing out loud.

I dont know if this suggestion has been brought up before cuz i have only been a member for 1 month but i was thinking of an Off Topic Fourm, where members could talk about anything, from the new ALI movie comming out to other sports. Thoughts?:cool:

dez and the other moderators had discussed this before, using other STL teams or other Football arenas - NCAA, etc. Dez came up with the idea from other boards, but it was the majority of the other moderators that this board stick to a strictly Rams only message board.

I'm not sure if a majority rules type thing would overturn us, but I for one would like to keep it on the Rams only, but that's just me.

I to would like to stay on the Rams. The Rams is what brings everyone together and we all have the same opinion...WE LOVE THE RAMS.

When you start dealing in other areas you tend to very MANY opinions and you start pushing people buttons and creating a lot of hard feelings.

I for one would like to keep us all focused and friends
