Why has [IMG] Code been turned off?

Use to be able to link smilies from other sites. With the IMG (Image) code turned off, all I get to insert is the URL address which becomes a link itself. Is this going to be permanent?

Test this adarian. There is a manage attachments button in the additional options area. Inside the managed attachments is an area to include a URL.

See if that works.

I know images were disabled in the Ram Talk forum because it distorts the main Clan page when images are posted in threads, but I dunno if it's been done for all forums as well or not.

What I was afraid of. I had hoped it was only temporary. Doesn't sound as if it is.

you have to post more that 50 words before signatures and images are seen

Sorry. But I don't think inserting a smilie from another server in the signature area is as effective as adding them immediately after a sentence ... especially if you want to use multiple ones after different sentences ... but, that's just me ...

(I mean these are some pretty decent smilies, but I still miss a number of the original ones you hosted on this board years back.)
