With 20 minutes left before the deadline, the Rams (at No. 13 in the order) are also "strongly considering" using a waiver claim -- if they haven't already -- according to SI.com's Don Banks. Banks adds the Dolphins (No. 18) and Saints (No. 21) as teams that could grab Moss before he gets to Tennessee. He also calls the Chargers (at No. 10) "a potential surprise entry."

Ranked No. 22 in the NFL waiver priority order, the Titans have reportedly submitted a waiver claim for Randy Moss.

Batting 1.000 in his reporting regarding this crazy Wednesday waiver watch, Jay Glazer of FOX now reports that the Rams will not be making a claim for receiver Randy Moss.
The proverbial polls closed at 4:00 p.m. ET, and we'll soon know where Moss is heading.
We'll also eventually find out the various teams that have submitted claims.

Banks also said the Rams are still trying to decide if Moss fits with the locker room they have built.
Jay Glazer says the Rams have decided not to stake a claim on Moss.
We'll see.
