Re: 2009 Schedule
I've been looking for this info also. I still haven't found a set date yet.
I believe last year the schedule came out on April 15th but it was delayed for a week or so from what I remember, I either don't know, or don't remember why it was delayed last year.
So not much help but, it should be out in early April going by past years.BRUUUUUUUUCE

Re: 2009 Schedule
It's usually announced a week or so before the draft as a way of drumming up buzz and excitement for the draft. I predict we should hear something between April 10 and 17th. The opponents have already been announced:
Home: Arizona, San Francisco, Seattle, Green Bay, Minnesota, New Orleans, Houston, Indianapolis
Away: Arizona, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, Jacksonville, Tennessee[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: 2009 Schedule
Based on the schedule I'm looking at 5-11 at best.

Re: 2009 Schedule
I really hope that we don't play Indy at the bash. haha.
However, we do get to play them, and I'm excited. Let's see what we can do against one of the most consistent teams.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Devaney, if you care about this team... fire the offensive coordinator!!!!

Re: 2009 Schedule
I live less than an hour away from tennessee, so anyone interested in going to that one, let me know when the dates announced and we can make plans to at least have a few rams jerseys in the crowd that day

Re: 2009 Schedule
looking at those teams i dont see why we couldnt win 8+ games.
we should be able to win 4-5 home games and there are 4+ on the road that we could get too.
mind you i thought we'd go 9-7 last season...that worked out well!

Re: 2009 Schedule
I'm going to predict 9 or 10 wins this year. I think this coaching staff is going to turn things around.

Re: 2009 Schedule
Let's go 8-8 for starters. But 10 wins would be a huge improvement.

Re: 2009 Schedule
I'm guessing everyone is predicting next year's record with their heart and not their brain because the "new" Rams are not yet complete. Until the draftees and yet-to-be-signed FA's are all signed and in camp, (and a couple of pre-season games under their belt) it's nearly impossible to predict what this team is capable of.
Not to be a pessimist or anything, but with only 5 wins to brag about over the past two seasons, I can't understand why anyone would think (hope, yes... think...no) that this team would be expected to win 10 games. If Spags can do that, he shouldn't get coach of the year. He should be elected President of the United States. (please)
The schedule is not too difficult, but with nothing to go by but hope and the team as it stands right now, I don't see them winning more than 6-7.
Spags. Please prove me wrong.Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Re: 2009 Schedule
With this schedule and this team right now...I see two home wins and one road win. Who am I kiddning, right now I only see ONE possible win and that's Detroit.
I mean c'mon, with this team RIGHT NOW, home game wins MAYBE against SF, Seattle, iffy with New Orleans, no way wit Green Bay, Arizona, Minny, Indy or Houston. Away Detroit? Maybe. That's it.Last edited by txramsfan; -03-25-2009 at 02:38 PM.
