    2011-2012 Offseason Questions..

After we win the superbowl what will happen next year?! so..just some questions about next year's season.. (Hoping there will be one.. HOPEFULLY)

    1. Do we have alot of cap room for good upgrades?
    2. Who is out there *free agency* to get?
    3. If we draft a WR in the first round. do we still get a receiver in free agency?

and if anyone else have any questions... go ahead and tag along!

I like Amendola but if we pick up a big name in the off season we could lose him. Clayton Avery and hmm Vincent Jackson Maybe. The Chargers have a history of not paying their players. If they do tag him he wont play all year. I dont see alot of needs on this team. I think were a star wr short of being one of the best teams in the NFL.

What are you asking us for anyway go ask Nick?

    my offseason priorities.

    1. resign Clayton, Alexander and Amendola
    2. get interior offensive line help. This is an absolute must. Our guard and center play has been underwhelming to say the least.
    3. Draft a big playmaker at receiver
    4. Sign/draft a solid ss to replace Dahl
    5. Olb
    6. change of pace rb.

yes we've improved but we still have a ton of needs that need to be addressed

Whats wrong with Craig Dahl? I'd say thats the last on my list, other than that, it looks great! Craig Dahl is a solid player who isn't getting enough credit. He is probably the best tackler on the team next to James Laurinaitis and has gotten 2 picks in back to back games last week.

I've never liked Dahl. Why I don't know. I could see pushing that down the list. I just don't like Dahl in pass coverage.

    1) No cap until there's a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) in place. So we won't know exactly how much cap room we have until we know what the cap is going to be.

    3) The main free agent frenzy will come before the draft, so if we're going to sign any big names, we won't be able to wait to find out what happens. That said, I'm not sure if I'd want to break the bank for say Vincent Jackson or Sidney Rice.

Have you watched any games this season. Yes we are better. But we are not just 1 WR away from being one of the best in the NFL. We need O-line help, D-line help (Need some more beef in the middle), OLB help. We have some serious needs before we become an elite team. We are now just becoming competitive. This off-season will be telling for this organization. I really want to hear that Sam and his receivers are workingout together A LOT this off-season.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

im thinking we resign amendola just because he's our returner also. Alexander, Avery Clayton Amendola Brandon Gibson and a Free Agent or 1st rounder. we keep gilyard on our practice squad and let him develop.. Laurent robinson is outta here.. unless we keep him and let go of avery.

Why are some people acting like its ok to loose Amendola? Hes been one of our best players this year, leads the whole league in total yardage, some people need their head examined. We NEED to keep this guy
