He was our best receiver. He was open a lot, and I felt he really proved he could catch the ball and bring it in and I think he really pushed Bradford.
I'm still baffled that we didn't keep him and I would have gladly cut Alexander, Gibson and Smith to keep him. Was he just not interested in remaining with the Rams?

To keep him would have meant to keep McDaniels. Lloyd excels in his offense, and they have become a package deal.
If McDaniels took a job as coach of an Eskimo football team, Lloyd would grab his parka and be eating whale blubber within 5 minutes.
