Offer an alternative opinion about how you'd have handled the draft instead of looking for trouble. I feel the Rams did a horrible job in round one and I could care less if you or anyone else on this board disagrees. We had a chance to galvanize the fan base and provide our 50 million dollar investment with the best receiver in the draft and didn't do so because we vacated our original spot, then got outfoxed by Jacksonville, of all people. Adding insult to injury, Arizona takes Michael Floyd at #13 and pairs him with Larry Fitzgerald. How many people on this board over the past three months were clammoring for Michael Brockers? Now that we picked the guy, people love the pick and all of a sudden he's the next Warren Sapp. Please.
Congrats to Arizona on getting Floyd. They still have Kolb throwing to him and nobody to keep Kolb off his ass.
There is more to life than wide receivers. Try to take the WR blinders off and realize our team is improving right before our eyes.

We weren't clammoring for Brockers because we didn't expect to be picking at 14.
I also would have loved Blackmon but we will get 2 starters instead of 1 now.
We will no doubt look wr with one of these second rounders.

He was the #10 player on my board.

not a big fan of the pick. there wasn't much we could do when arizona grabbed floyd, but i would have been happier if we stayed at 6 and got claiborne.

I cant believe I just read all of this negativity, people are freaking ridiculous. 1. None of us are as good talent evaluators of football talent than our FO, otherwise we would've been in the war room. 2 How can people talk crap about Brockers when he hasnt played a down in the NFL. 3 Who knows maybe Blackmon will be a bust in Jacksonville just like a long list of WRs every single year. 4 We are clearly set to pick OG, RB, WR and OLB with the next 4 picks, all potentially impactful players that can start for us and grow with our young core. Plus all positions of need.
Grow the F up.

Given the high hopes of starting out at #2 I think they badly mishandled their draft position and whiffed by not getting Bradford any help in the top of the draft.
Who cares where or when the help comes from as long as it comes. The Rams could add Ramdle and Hill at the top of the second round. How about more help they can also add Glenn one of the best OG that slipped into the second. How would that be for help!
How about the help Bradford will get with the two additional first round picks the FO mishandled as you put it by moving back.
Friday the pundits will be saying the Rams had a great draft after we add four more top talent players!

Warner's not in the HOF yet, and if he makes it, I'm pretty sure he's going in as a QB, not a GM.

And then he said I hope they get it done on Friday! Finish the quote...

If he'd seen some of the posts with your name on them this evening, I'm not sure he'd welcome that association.

Really? cuz its not like Martz forced him out of STL or anything?
He knows better then anybody, this dissarray , disorganized mess that is our front office.

Re: 2012 Rams First Round Pick (#14): Michael Brockers, DT, LSU
You do realize that this Front Office is entirely new and Warner was never associated with Fisher or Snead, right?
You are approaching troll territory, Mr. Falco. Tone it down or I'll be happy to shut you down.

Bingo.
No one was clamoring for Brockers with the sixth pick, but since you weren't in the chat room during the draft, I can tell you that Brockers' name came up quite a bit in discussions about the 14th pick.
You can't fault a fanbase for not clamoring for a player that really had no business being in their sights due to their original draft position. It was clear when the Fletcher Cox projections started to show themselves last week that few felt any defensive tackle was worth the 6th pick. But the 14th? Different story.
