High risk pick in my opinion but I still like it. Fisher and Snead must have the confidence that they can get Jenkins on the straight and narrow.

I'm not a huge fan due to the off the field issues, but Jenkins became an option for the Rams in the second round after they grabbed a third pick from Dallas in the trade down. If Fisher and company can stay on top of him and keep him out of trouble, then they've got a very good cover guy to start across from Finnegan. But the red flags really concern me, so we'll see how it plays out. You're hard pressed to find someone with more talent at this point, though.

Two busts for dank and a bar brawl at 2:00 am, sounds like a normal college student to me. He didn't choke his girlfriend or throw her down the stairs like Phillips, so maybe we'll be ok. Especially if he can miss the NFL drug van!
