4-4 out of the bye week, into seattle
Lets hope for the best at this point. A loss at indy, then wins at home vs. the saints and jacksonville (which could be a very tough game). 4-4, a two week rest to get healthy, and then a HUGE road game at seattle for a chance to regain the division lead.
IF we lose one of the two home games before the bye, this could be a very long season.
Current needs
Offense. return of ike and better run blocking.
Defense. A priest, or help from some deity.

Maybe the priest can perform an exorcism to purge us of Marmie.

Joe Vitt is the assistant head coach/linebackers coach. Brought in this year from Vermeils staff in KC. Martz said he tryed getting Vitt a couple times before, but it never worked out. He was made available when Vermeil changed defensive coordinators I believe.
We're gonna find out if he knows what he's doing. Along with Mikes hand picked offensive coordinator Steve Fairchild.
