Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
Yep, the penalties are definitely game killers, this game proves it. Twice the Rams had this game only to be brought back on penalties. This game falls on the stupid players not the coaching. Oh and the officials.. I expect some extra laps to be run at practice this week.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
If it's any consolation, niners fans are just as pissed.
Ties are retarded.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
The illegal formation and delay of game penalties are just stupid, stupid penalties. The team needs to be better than that.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
Just unbelievable- a complete emotional roller coaster watching this game. Started out great, went into conservative, inept, stupid-football mode, gave up the lead, staged a spirited comeback, allowed a backup to run down the field and put SF into game-tying field goal position. Had the game won in OT, had the game won a 2nd time in OT. Settled for a tie. Don't even know what the appropriate way to feel is- never seen a Rams "tie" game before in all my years of watching.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
Fisher is to blame for this one..why do you call a timeout with 1:13 on the 2 yard line with 3 timeouts!!!! he gave them waaay too much time to tie it up and go to OT...theres no way the niners should have had 1:09 to drive the ball, thst ridiculous..he should have waited to call a timeout, at least 20 seconds ofr so...then the delay of game for the FG?? are you kidding me!! Fisher you blew this one..

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
heck, the talking heads on espn even said they shouldn't of called that "illegal formation"
ridiculous...although still avoidable
i hate it when it's a player who's not even involved in the play

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
1) Bad game management by Fisher.
2) Terrible hustle and effort by the Rams players to get back to the LOS to spike the ball.
3) Terrible mental game by the Rams players to commit so many stupid penalties.
4) Greg Zuierlein...c'mon brotha. 58 yards isn't that hard for you."The potential in our lives far exceeds what we ordinarily imagine."

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
I'd rather watch the Superbowl loss to the Patriots than this game ever again. This was by far the least enjoyable sports watching experience of my life.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
ok, I hear tomahawk, but when you control you're own destiny its pretty freakin hard to not pinpoint that game..if that issue was handled properly we would have never gone into OT where a bunch of our other problems happened..the 2 freakin yard line 1st and goal, all 3 timeouts, and you burn that quick..unacceptable

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!!
Jeff Fisher's stupid, inexplicable, timeout with 1st and goal at the 2 with 1:13 left on the clock was the Rams undoing to me. Why not run 30 to 35 seconds off the clock or make SF use their TOs on defense.
Stupid timeout led to an illtimed TD with over a minute left.
Time and time again teams have proven they can drive 30 or 40 yards to kick a field goal with a minute left on the clock.
Just simply inexcuseable for a coach with his experience.
And Sam Bradford pulled a Chris Everett move with the game on the line in OT. Wow.....no wonder there's questions about whether we made a mistake in drafting him.
