After Tonight With The Aggies Losing...The Rams Need To Win This Sunday

So tonight I attended the last time the Texas A&M Aggies will play the University of Texas Longhorns until at least 2018. For those who don't know, the rivalry between us is one of the most intense rivalries in college football, and tonight in a stadium overfilled with about 88,000+ fans, it was the best football games I have been to. This was our last Big 12 game, as we are leaving for the SEC next year (where we will get stomped for at least a few years). It was exciting, gut-wrenching, suspenseful, and at the end, tearfilled. I don't think I have ever heard a stadium get any louder. My friends that attend UT have not stopped giving me crap yet. I, alongside the majority of the school, decided to attend the game instead of spending Thanksgiving night with our families, and in the end, it was a disappointing and solemn night, but will be in my memories forever.

But anyways, I don't think I can take my other football team losing in the same week. The Aggies may have lost tonight, but the St. Louis Rams need to BTHO (As we Aggies say it, BEAT THE HELL OUTTA) the Cardinals.

This will be the first week in a while that I haven't paid attention much to Rams news and this forum, so I'm just going to sit back and hopefully enjoy a winning game. Let's go Rams! And I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving.

THe aggies got absolutely screwed on that personal foul penalty at the end. Just a terrible call, especially in that game situation. Instead of 3rd and 15th its first and 10! You got robbed.

    ramming speed to all

Oh that call was absolutely terrible. The replay on the big screen even showed Trent Hunter (our CB) try to lay off the hit, and all he did was merely brush the UT receiver. My brother later told me that even though the commentators were for UT the entire game, they agreed that the refs absolutely screwed us on that call. Then that call set up a big run by Case McCoy, and well, now we're here lol.

All in all, it was a fun game, but the refs definitely should not have called that penalty in a situation like that.

It also doesn't help when the ref throws up the hook 'em horns sign right before he signaled a first down. (Half the stadium saw it on the big screen.)
