No.....and this is for selfish reasons. We've tried the offensive minded HC for awhile, let's see what a defensive minded HC can do for the Rams.

And won a SuperBowl with him. ..................

If we were ti bring in a defencive coach we would be looking at 3/4 years as he rebuilds the team to his liking.

I think the Rams would be wise to move away from the GSOT-style offense and more towards a balanced attack. Saunders would not be the person for that job.

I don't necessarily think it would take that long, but if it did I don't think it would be a bad thing.

I bet there's more of us wanting a defensive coach than you might think. Defenses win championships, and I'm ready to see that change happen here.

True, though I wonder if that would be the case if they had the Rams' WRs.

I'm with Tx, though - I want a defensive minded coach.

    That's big prise for a WR's coach.

The D has been a huge weakness for the past 3 years.
We need a defensive minded coach to help shape this teams attitude.

I don't think it will be that drastic. IMO, with the exception of a few players that may need to go, the
bulk of the D can be effective if coached properly.:clanram:

but it would take a couple of season to right the ship with a new coach... bring in a coach that knows the offenseive scheme already and then bring in a new up and coming defensive coordinator that will shake things up with different schemes n'such

I would like a balanced coach, If we had a Defensive minded coach, we'd just be sitting here complaining about our offense, like we are with our defence right now.
