Al Saunders: Please, go away
Hey Al, whatever you had, (if you ever did have anything) you've lost it.
Dude, you really do suck!
You are not creative, you are not innovative, and you don't motivate.
Your offense has zero identity. You are neither a running team or a passing team. Your game plans suck and you very often play right into the strengths of the opposing defenses. Defenses are able to constantly pressure your offense. It works for the defense whether you call a run or pass since you rarely ever attack the defense and they know it. I'm sure they see it on film. I'm sure a 3rd grader could figure out your tendencies at this point of the season.
Evidently you are unable to design any kind of offense with the talent that you do have. Your play calling and offensive design seem to come from a mythical place inside your mind where any play from your old fashioned playbook should work against any defense.
AL SAUNDERS YOU SUCK!!!
NOTE TO RAMS: Fire Al and bring in a young, creative and innovative OC for 2009.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
An entirely new staff from top to bottom is what this team needs. I supported Saunders from the start, but I have been questioning the "genius" of his system for a few weeks now. We are just inept on offense.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
It doesn't help, though, that there are no blockers on this team.
Can't run without blocking.
Can't pass without blocking.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
Saunders really hasn't had a lot to work with, but he still hasn't impressed me at all. Not only has his play calling been unimaginative, it's been downright poor. Probably a good idea to bring in someone else in 2009.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
they couldnt pass block or complete a pass before 3rd down came around, what the hell made him think we were going to make something happen on a pass on 3 & 2nd??..im tired of seeing his plays get repetitive and down right useless..i agree you cant run and pass w/out blocking, but this guy is lame.....
short yardage, short yardage DEEP LEFT/RiGHT
short run, short pass, DEEP LEFT/RiGHT
...im done with this guy

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
The system was built around Steven...they've said it a million times. We seen what the system could do against the Cowboys...

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
Mike, he had everything to work with (except Jackson) before the season began and he had the entire offense for the start of the season.
If anything the players were not given anything to work with. For all the talk and hoopla, saunders did not improve one player or one phase of the offense. He was given carte blanche by linehan and he fell flat on his face. If anything the offense has regressed under saunders.
saunders sucks. the game has passed him by. get him outta here!!

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
Quite true, amazing how the Cheater Patriots lose their franchise qb that the entire offense was built around, go find a guy who hasn't played qb since high school and I would put money on them to be in the AFC title game. A good front office does wonders don't it.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
Well, the offensive line has been horrible since day one, Bennett has given nothing, McMichael didn't last long, the rookie recievers have shown promise but are having trouble learning the system, Bulger is shell-shocked as a result of it all and Jackson has missed significant time. Despite all that, I still think an "offensive guru" like Saunders should have been able to get something, anything out of the offense. 3 points today was rediculous and unacceptable.

Re: Al Saunders: Please, go away
Fix the line. I saw Leckey miss the pass rusher completely! That resulted in Bulger going down.
FIX THE LINE!!!!!!!
