The one consistent thing about the Redskins that last few years is that they are serious underachievers. On paper they have a lot of talent and should have run us into the ground. Of course there are a lot of teams they should have run into the ground. While they have talent, they have no real chemistry. And that is what killed them. Not so much the overlooking us part. But hey if they want to sit around and make excuses to make themselves feel good fine. We got the win, no matter why or how. I like to think that it is because we are doing things right and are building confidence and chemistry. Both of which can help get past the lack of talent or depth.

A majority of the teams in the league are stuck in one category, scraping and clawing to move into the ranks of the elite.

Thats the parity part, its difficult to move into the ranks of consistently being good.
