With all the cuts will we make a move?

Do you think we will go after any cornerbacks or Linebackers for depth since everyones roster has been trimmed to 53? I mean the bengals cut Deltha Oneal and i seen some other names that could possibly contribute to our depth issue... any opinions one what we should go after?

I'm thinking that the team will have to get another cornerback some time because at the moment we only have 3 healthy cornerbacks and some of them have proven that we can't completely rely on them to always stay healthy. I'm hoping that we get a decent cornerback and that we get rid of Richard Owens. Scott Linehan's love for him is the only thing that is keeping him on the team.

There are some interesting people out there Delta O'neal like you guys said before, Willie Anderson, Milford Brown, Tony Fonutuni, Keyan Forney, Fernando Bryant, Darren Stone, and Ahamd Brooks. If it weren't for the character concnerns i'd be begging to jump all over Brooks. We really need CB's so the vets Fernando Bryant and Delta O'neal are verry nice options for Richard Owens roster spot. Also don't sleep on Darren Stone I wanted to draft him coming out of Maine last year he could be the possible SS of the future. I really like his size speed coverage ability and hitting if he shows some special teams upside he is a guy could take Eric Bassey's roster spot and possibly be the SS of the future.

I wouldn't mind adding O'Neal for the right cost.

In another thread, a poster (whose name I've forgotten) suggested we may only be keeping owens for the first week for fiscal purposes- so we can cut him and have it count less against the cap. See the "final 53 man roster" thread for the ins and outs.

I hope we add something to our line up. We are really thin at the secondary position and if Brown and Atogwe are not ready by next week, I'm gonna really worry about week one...

I'd like to see the rams go after Willie Anderson, i'd feel better knowing he was the Pace's backup. But Bryant wouldn't be a bad pickup.
