Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards
Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards

Granted, we're only two weeks into the 2012 season but a couple of Rams are among NFL statistical leaders on offense _ something that hasn't happened in a while.
Entering the Denver-Atlanta Monday Night game, wide receiver Danny Amendola leads the NFL in receptions (20) and ranks third in reception yards (230) behind co-leaders Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks of the New York Giants, who both have 237 yards.
Amendola's 15 catches in Sunday's 31-28 victory over Washington tied for the second-best single-game total in franchise history. Hall of Famer Tom Fears had 18 catches in a 51-14 victory over Green Bay on Dec. 3, 1950.
At quarterback, Sam Bradford ranks fourth in the NFL in passer rating (112.4); ranks second in the NFL in fourth-quarter passer rating (145.8); and is fifth in third-down passer rating (125.2).

Its still a positive ill take what we can get, barring anything catastrophic i think Danny can end up top 10 in catches when the season is over as well.

Maybe the media will start giving our boys some love?
Re: Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards
I've not heard much love for Amendola in the media despite his record equalling half.
Re: Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards
Also have you guys noticed that the NFC West has the best record out of all the divisions?
Re: Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards
We're starting to get some publicity for the "St. Louis Amendolas" for knocking off their new golden boy, RG3.
When we upset Chicago, then we'll start getting some real press. And is there anyone that thinks that we can't do it? Our guys have bought in. We're going to be tough and physical. Quinn can destroy Webb like Matthews did and Long will cause havok on the other side. Our corners will jump routes like the Packers. Their best weapon is on the shelf, much to the chagrin of my fantasy teams...
On offense, I'm worried about Turner and Peppers. We better chip on that side with a TE or RB on every play. I was worried about Orakpo as well, and well, we solved that issue by tearing him up, literally. We can't count on that and Peppers. Look for a similar game plan, with a run game and short passing to Amendola to try to keep their rush under control.

I do not recall anytime in the recent past where any of this was the case!! Finnegan is up there as well with 2 picks and leads the league in provoking game changing penalties for the opponent
Re: Amendola, Bradford rank high on NFL leader boards
Feels good to know that we actually can be a part of the leaderboards for a change! Couldn't really say that since we led the league in sacks through 10 weeks in 2010 I believe.
