Amendola 'Sore' But Could Practice
Amendola 'sore' but could practice

The Rams left the Valley of the Sun relatively healthy following their 31-17 victory over the Cardinals. After missing practice all week with his foot in a boot, receiver Danny Amendola dressed for Sunday's game but did not play in the second half.
Coach Jeff Fisher sounded more encouraged Monday than he did after the game about Amendola's prospects for practice this week and increased playing time Sunday against the *****.
“He's a little sore, but he's got a chance to get back on the practice field,” Fisher said. “He's healing, but it's going to take time until he gets back to 100 percent.”
Fisher also reported that center Scott Wells “felt good and didn't have any issues” after starting his first game since the season opener. Wells has been sidelined with a foot injury and his return marked the first time since the opener that all the starting linemen have played together. “We can only get better,” Fisher said.
The only starter to miss Sunday's game was linebacker Mario Haggan, out with an elbow injury. Fisher said only that Haggan was “progressing.”

good news on the injury front. man would I love to have Danny healthy. Givens and Amendola have only played 3 full games together. They are obviously our two biggest playmakers in the passing game and it sure would be nice to have both on the field at the same time making plays.
We are probably the healthiest we've been all season. Let's hope we can scratch out a few more wins to really show how bright a future we have.

Amendola ... one of a kind. :)
'Hoping he stays strong & healthy the rest of the way this season, and then some, with the Rams.
