    Another Faulk Mystery

OK, I'm completely confused about what is going on with Marshall. Named the starter, but only gets 11 carries? He looked ready, willing and able all night long. The fact that he was no where to be found in crunch time is most perplexing.

I'm thinking maybe he's more injured than they report?

He did take a few viscous hits...However, I prefer to see him in there at crunch time.

He was suffering from the flu during the week, I believe. Maybe he just ran out of steam.

Maybe they simply do not want him to shine for an extended period in fear of starting a controversy at RB. I thought Cason did an awsome job tonight I really like what he did. With that said I still think Faulk should have got nearly the full load. Faulk only got 1/3 (11 of 33) carries in what might be his final year as a Ram. Jackson was out why not have Faulk carry the load in the final game of the year. We rushed for over 100 yards tonight without Jackson and Faulk having a limited role.

he should have played a hell of alot but i think sometime during the game Marshall got hurt, maybe it was that "piledriver" move by the cowboy d-lineman. i hated to see that happen to the future hall of famer. i threw my styrofoam brick at my big screen when that happened!

I think Marshall will be back and I'll bet he is happy they won the game.
The record will still be there next year.

    Re: Another Faulk Mystery

I could understand if he was out of gas or banged up, but he had his helmet on most of the second half, which seems odd for a guy not figuring to play. I'm sure we'll get an "official" explanation soon enough.

Give me a break. Faulk had 11 carries for 25 yards. Not exactly a controversy-inspiring performance.

Can we not start the offseason with nonsense conspiracy theories.
