Anyone Record Last Week's Rams/Whiners Game?

I was at the stadium for the game, but would really like to watch it again. I had set the dvr to record it on direct tv's sunday ticket, but when I got home it wasn't there. I had 3 witnesses verify I had it set correctly to record before I left. Did the game get blacked out for some reason? I thought the game was sold out so I don't know why that would've happened.

I normally see posts about game replays on tv or links to sites where you can d/l the game from someone who had recorded it, but I haven't seen anything yet and it's been over 3 days.

So did anyone record it that can post it or a link to it?

Did it record anything at all? I have recorded the blue screen with their screen saver bouncing around before. It is not very exciting to watch.

Re: Anyone Record Last Week's Rams/Whiners Game?

I had tried recording some games this year, and did have some good results early on. However, there has been a major issue with my video processing software that is preventing me from getting a clear recording.

I'm looking at the possibility that there is a signal imbedded in the broadcast that prevents digital recording. Why? Well, the initial recording is fine. When I begin processing the video, it is still OK. Yet, upon conversion to Divx format, the video is nothing but a garbled mess. I have tried conversion into several different formats, and with different software, and always get the same results.

I have been discussing this issue with some guys over at dslreports and they are thinking that the NFL is requiring a piece of code in the DirecTV signal, because some of the other guys who try this are getting the same thing. It doesn't happen to everyone who records the games, and I have been able to successfully record and convert other shows. One of the guys over at dslreports said he records to his Tivo, then tries to burn a DVD, and for some reason, if he watches the game from his Tivo first, it will not record onto DVD.

Last weekend, someone posted a link to a site that had the game shown in real time. I didn't read the whole thing, but I believe it was a free link. Perhaps someone there recorded the game. Let me search and try to find the post.

That was actually a live stream of the channel so the game won't be there now.

RFS is there a chance you will be able to try and record the Cards game this Sun and post it?

ticketchamber.com has NFL games for download here. You will need a torrent program to download them, though. It takes several hours, but it's free. I've downloaded the Niners/Cards and Rams/Niners.

I didn't buy him as a quarterback. He's just so stiff, especially when he drops back to pass. Really stiff. He reminds me of Kurt Warner.

That's great but the guy who wants the Niner game can't do that now because it was a live stream.

I recorded the game on TiVo, but I can transfer to DVD and mail it.
