    Armando Seguelero

Per Armando Seguelero of the Miami-Herald

Several people now telling me he's leaning toward Miami.
*Sorry pressed enter before I finished thread title. Meant to read Armando Salguero reports Fisher leaning toward Miami.

Looking bleak IMO. Fact we were the heavy favorites early in the week when the process began, and now most reports i'm reading are all saying Miami, don't think we will get Fisher which means backup time. This is usually how these type of things go down, which is why I didn't get happy when we were the early favorites. The early favorites in these types of thing usually lose traction.

Im getting tired of these media people. Lets all just wait for his decision. My gut feeling is that I think he will go Miami as well, but lets see.

Cool, then. I'm tired of waiting. The longer this goes on the more I'm liking Horton. If you wanna be a Fish, then go ahead. It's not like we're waiting on word from Vince Lombardi.
If a team won their division seven straight times, that would be a NFL record. Now add on that team did it with seven different QB's in seven straight years, that record is unbeatable. To do that feat, you must of had a great Defense. Jack Youngblood was the captain of that defense.

Yeah, I really want Fisher since he is a proven coach. But Horton doesn't look too bad of a backup candidate. We will see though.

Assuming we get Horton as our HC, hopefully he won't he be conservative as Spags was (defensive minded coaches are conservative in nature). I'm expecting Whisenhunt's offense to come into Horton's mind.

Unless Jeff Fisher, his wife, his agent, or someone else who has actually spoken with Fisher in the last 24 hours is among the "several people," the value of this "report" is bupkus.

Hahah dude this is exactly how I feel. Fisher is dragging this out like he's some superstar HOF coach. Horton hears a who? I like it

Fisher should have mad ehis mind up already. Dragging this out is just wrong. Go to Miami already, please.

He must love a challenge, went from taking beatings from Peyton, to beatings from Brady?

Could be the salary as well, not sure how well he was paid as a Titan and how much more favorable a Miami offer might be.

If the Pujols signing taught me anything......Jeff Fisher will be the new head coach in Oakland.

I agree. It's all speculation and nothing more. Everybody might as well relax and wait for the official word.

    Re: Armando Seguelero

if he goes to Miami because of the offer than once again it's all about the money, the Rams opportunity looks better in many ways but the money is most likely better with the Dolphins,so if you want to pull a Pujols then just do it and the Rams can move on.

    Re: Armando Seguelero

This was getting old like 2 days ago..I don't even know what to call it now. I just don't know why someone would voluntarily join a division where 4 games a year are against the Patriots and Jets. Either way, I don't care any more. Pick a head coach so we can get this offseason moving.

I think Fisher and Dawson are coming as a package deal. They are just ironing out the details.
