AR's Media Glower Rankings - 9/28/05 Update
AvengerRam's
Media Glower Rankings
Here's the update:
1. Kevin Slaten: His absurd feud with Steve Savard gets him to the top of the list. This guy seems to have attended the WWE School of Journalism.
2. Pete Prisco: Wouldn't it be nice to have a job in which accuracy is optional? Prisco on the Rams (from his Power Rankings): "We know this team will score points. Now comes the tough part: Getting the defense to play better." Really, Pete, have you watched ANY Ram games this year?
3. Bernie Miklasz: Bernie hasn't done anything in the last week or so to annoy me. Give him time.
4. Sean Salisbury: Recently commented that the current Colts offense is better than the GSOT offense. Right. Call me when the Colts score 500 points three years in a row.
5. Chris Berman: Mr. Cliche really should just retire.
6. Every Media Person Who Picked the Cardinals to Win the NFC West: Their silence is deafening.
7. Jillian Barberie: Hey, I like eye-candy as much as the next guy, but her contributions to the Fox pregame show just may set back the women's rights movement by 40 years.
8. Every "Fantasy Football" Reporter: You are an insult to serious football fans. Please go away.
9. Tom Jackson: I can't even bear to watch NFL PrimeTime anymore. He's like fingers on a blackboard.
10. Peter King: Someone needs to remind him that there are teams other than the Patriots in the NFL.

Av, so what if she has "allegedly" set the womens movement back. It's ying/yang. Fox News has the most intelligient but beautiful women voicing their opinions on much more important things than football, so Fox has a bye on this one.
Long Live Jillian.

Its one thing to have an attractive woman reading the news in a business suit. Its another thing to have a ditzy bimbo in a low-cut shirt talking about the NFL's sexiest player during a pregame show.
Pardon me for being evolved.

Right on. I don't want my ears being fed with garbage about Tony Gonzalez's "tight end."

Or better yet, BOYCOTT the pregame shows. I don't watch one pregame show anymore.

Wow, that's a pretty serious dislike of a pre-game show, Jake. Personally, I'd listen to a PBS (yes, I spelled it right) pre-game show before I'd take metal to the manhood, but that's just me. :tongue:I'd take a steel-toe to the crotch before I ever flip the tube to CBS before noon.
Although, Shannon Sharpe does make up 1/3rd of Triumvirant of Tripe (along with Irvin and Sanders)"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Give that evil man a cupie doll. Or perhaps he'd prefer the latex reproduction modeled after Jenna ....
